INTRODUCTION

 

We’ve entered an unprecedented time that many of us in our lifetimes have never witnessed. Working practices are changing dramatically, with many having to work remotely and in isolation (or surrounded by family), which present some significant wellbeing challenges.

Energy-Flow Coaching is keen to support organisations in this new working environment to help employees stay healthy, deal with uncertainty and change, and optimise their mental health and overall wellbeing in difficult circumstances.

Below is a complete breakdown of the programme into its constituent parts.

 

PROGRAMME OUTLINE

 

This 4-week programme conducted via Zoom covers a range of topics falling under the key pillars of health that support our overall health and wellbeing. These pillars are:

  • Sleep and recovery
  • Emotion and mindset
  • Nutrition
  • Exercise and movement
  • Socio-environmental

 

PROGRAMME DELIVERABLES

 

  • 8 online webinars conducted via Zoom. These interactive coaching webinars are 30-45 minutes in duration and present a mix of theory, Q&A and practical exercises for participants to implement in their daily lives
  • Webinars are broadcast twice a week
  • Links for each webinar will be sent to individuals prior to each session.
